If i could rate lower, i would. Spent 20k on new windows, doors, siding, roofing in 2008. Started to have a roof leak last year. I contacted them and i was told i would have to pay a charge for them to come inspect their shady work. I tried an insurance claim but the inspector denied the claim due to poor workmanship and improper installation.

This weekend i brought in another contractor to help fix the problem. Problems included: no drip edge installed, shingles not extending into the gutter, fascia board not wrapped properly with aluminum flashing, gutter nailed to the fascia board instead of using the supplied brackets.

Rain water came back up the underside of the single and rotted the fascia board and 2x4 behind it. Water has leaked into the house and damaged the kitchen ceiling which will need to be repaired also.
