No stars. I tried contacting USPS to track a package that has apparently been in town since Nov. 22, a week. The online message system isn't working. They have no valid email address to contact them with if you're an individual trying to find missing mail. Obviously they don't want to be bothered by this, but they have no problems asking the government for more money so that they can provide better service - bullsh*t. One star because if I don't select one this can't be sent.
