United States Postal Service at 6380 Cliffdale Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Never seen a post office as bad as this one, Have had packages lost and the delivery of packages to the right mailbox is an issue for some carriers. The only bright light in this Dungeon of a postal facility is Michelle W.
She helped resolve 3 problems with poor carrier service ,for instance how can you not find the correct hole/slot when the person"s name is written on a card in the slot/hole???? ! Take some pride in what you do!!!

Anyway try to seek her out if, excuse me WHEN , you have a carrier problem she will try to help. And as the the front counter clerks if you can avoid " Miss Snap" you should have a reasonably good experience otherwise look out!

June 28th 2017 follow up

They are improving. Dealt with Marie one of the counter clerks and she is AMAZING!! Smiling, knows her stuff and really helps the customer. She gets 5 stars for customer service. Ask for her as well.
