Working here was great a couple of months ago. Once management changed that went down the drain. It's not the workers on the floor but their are ones in the office that are extremely rude, inconsiderate and just uninviting. I guess you have to be an actual important person instead of a janitor. I don't recommend working at the FedEx in fayetteville on technology Dr. Who drops a contract without warning?? Apparently the manager do...as if people don't have families and real live bills right.. Surprisingly these people are inside of an office dealing with customers. SMH. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years and have never experienced bad treatment like this.
