We normally love this place and have been going for several years. Being vegetarian we were originally happy to find they serve Bocca Burgers. Our last two trips there though we were not impressed, to the point we may not return. Our order tonight was wrong and we never received the appetizer we ordered. Thankfully we were at least not charged for it. We had the same thing happen last time, but were charged for it. Our ticket was fixed last time, but twice in a row? You'd think a resultant would want you to order the extras, not make someone not order them. Also is it really too much to ask to receive lemon in our sweet tea? We ask, but never get it.
