Went here to rent a laptop for school and I should have known something wasn't right. First of all there was a roach coming out of the Nintendo ds in the display box. Then once I got the laptop I wanted asked if they had a case for the laptop and they didn't have one mind you it was raining like cats and dogs. to put the icing on the cake when I get home to do my homework I had a to listen in to a lesson from my teacher and guess what NO VOLUME checked out all the settings and still didn't work. I'm so very disappointed with this place. Definitely going to take this place back and get my money back cause this was a horrible inconvenience for me. Definitely need to do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
