Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits at 914 Berkley Hall Way, Fayetteville, North Carolina.

We came in today for a late lunch. The food was pretty good, except the burnt biscuits.

Really what I’m reviewing this place for is the girl who took our order- Lauren. Probably the worst employee I’ve ever been around at a restaurant. She refused to talk to us except for a grunt here and there. I was confused about the menu and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. When she brought our food out to us my husband asked where we could get ketchup and she turned, walked away and lifted her hand to point vaguely (once again, because of her attitude she didn’t speak). So we waited for a couple minutes... then my husband went to the counter. She piddled around for a few minutes then reached and gave my husband a handful of ketchup (which was all stuck together, covered in honey) and walked away without saying a word.

The receipt said Lauren took our order, and we even double checked to see if it was her name with the Shift Leader, Jerry Milam, and he confirmed it. He was actually the only friendly person in the place, but I’m not sure why Lauren hasn’t been taught a lick of customer service.
