Scotty was my field technician and he did an exceptional job. He kept me informed during both the inspection of my systems and then during the repair of my 2d floor system. Very competent and clear in his assessment. Very professional in manners and appearance. He is an excellent representative of Blanton's. Despite the repair on my system, he was very conscious to take care not to damage anything in the home while negotiating parts and tools to the attic. Excellent service. If required, hope to have him again.
