I have lived here for 4 years with my sister, we love it here.

The staff is awesome. I miss "Ms Dee" but the current staff, Emilia, Katherine and Carlton are doing a great job. There is only 1 person for the 2 properties owned by "Hawthorne".

Maintenance is usually minimal, but the trash bins went from 2 for trash and 1 for recycle to 1 trash and 1 recycle, which makes it hard to throw your trash away because it's full before pickup and some of the residents just leave their trash on the side of the bin or in the recycle bin. (RECYCLE!?)

Scooping poop should not be a problem but it gets to be at times. "Bark Park", I believe, has poop scoop bags.

The gate hardly ever stays closed because it's always being repaired due to someone abusing the entry side of the gate..

All this said ... we are still living it @ Austin Creek
